A Historical story
In 2017, my son Charles was only ten when he suddenly began digging in our front and back yards, convinced he would find gold. I laughed, but he was serious enough to ask for a gold detector for Christmas. It was expensive, but something compelled me to buy it.
On 17 January 2017, I took him to explore in the mountains near Bendigo. It was scorching hot, and all he found was a bottle cap. I teased him—how could there be any gold left when so many people had searched there already? After that day, he stopped digging at home.
Fast forward to 2021, while applying for a gold exploration license, I interviewed several geologists. One mentioned the Fosterville mine and its rare, high-grade discovery. Curious, I opened Google Maps. I was stunned. Fosterville sat at the foot of the very mountain where Charles and I had explored years earlier. I immediately checked the company's annual report: they announced a deep underground gold discovery in September 2017. Charles and I had been there just eight months before (See Figure). Good heavens, what a coincidence!

Overview
In 2021, during a downturn in the gold market. Driven by an unexpected sense of mission, Dr. Liu made a resolute decision to enter the gold industry.
In 2022, the government granted the company two Gold Exploration Licenses: EL007812 and EL007818, covering 258 square kilometres.
In November 2022, while searching for gold with his friend Ben Gu, their vehicle became stuck in a remote field. At that very spot, Dr. Liu later discovered surface samples assaying up to 1.83g/ton gold.
In December 2022, through intensive study of geological maps, Dr. Liu identified another prospective location. Six surface samples collected there all returned positive results, with the highest grade reaching 1.23g/ton.
In 2023, the company purchased a diamond drilling rig. On the very first drill hole, they had intersected gold at a grade of 2.2 g/t at 1 metre and 6.28 g/t at 47 metres.
In 2024, the company acquired a reverse circulation (RC) drilling rig. After screening ten targeted areas within the licensed regions, they had identified three potential gold deposits at depths of 1–69 metres, averaging 2–3 g/t, with the highest grade reaching 44.3 g/t.
In 2025, after three years of systematic exploration, the company advanced the Weast Project 1 to the mining stage. The government subsequently granted the initial mining license, PL008659.

Alex Kemp
Dr. Liu holds an MD and PhD from the University of Melbourne and an AMP certificate from Harvard Business School. At Austin Hospital, he received three international medical awards, including one from the American Heart Association.
In 2021, he entered the gold industry during a market low. Through dedicated study, he quickly mastered key geological knowledge and developed an efficient method for identifying deposits. He is personally involved in all stages of exploration and mining. Using AI, he analysed complex local geological structures and geochemistry, and pinpointed primary gold potential.
Dr. Boucher holds a PhD in Geology and is an Honorary Associate at the University of Melbourne. He lectured part-time at La Trobe University Bendigo from 1997 to 2010 in Structural Geology, Geophysics, Sedimentology, Introductory Geology, and Project Management.
He served with the state branch of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG) including as Chair, Vice-Chair and Treasurer for almost 20 years until recently. He is a member and RPGeo of the AIG and a member of the AusIMM, GSA, SEG and AAPG.
Mining Geologist and Mining Engineer
Ms Kemp is a well-regarded local geologist and mining engineer with extensive experience across numerous mining companies in the region. Her deep knowledge of local geological conditions and mining practices makes her a valued authority in the field.
She serves as our mining geologist and engineer, responsible for mine design, planning, and on-site supervision. She also oversees our deep drilling programme, utilising diamond drilling rigs to identify and evaluate primary gold deposits at depth.
Graeme Noble
Chief Driller

Safety Manager and Chief Engineer
Foo Kwan
Mr Noble brings over 40 years of experience in gold exploration. He has worked across Australia, New Zealand, and Tajikistan, where his teams have discovered several gold mines. He spent 20 years with ECR Minerals in Australia, gaining extensive drilling experience throughout north and north-west Victoria.
Graeme is our Chief Driller, leading the drilling crew and managing day-to-day RC and diamond drilling operations. He is responsible for drilling performance, sample quality, site safety, operational compliance, and machine maintenance.
Mr. Chen is a dual-qualified electrical and mechanical engineer. In China, he led an electrical design team for an international company. After immigrating to Australia, he expanded his expertise into mechanical engineering and spent years as a builder, developing a rigorous approach to worksite safety and wide experience in machinery.
As our Safety Manager and Chief Engineer, he enforces strict daily safety protocols while overseeing mining machinery maintenance and resolving mechanical issues in the field.
Chief Financial Officer and Risk Manager
Mr. Kwan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Business Administration from Monash University. His diverse background includes owning a large IGA supermarket and serving as a leading business broker in major transactions.
As our CFO and Risk Manager, he oversees financial strategy, capital structure, risk management, and investor relations. Reporting directly to the CEO, he advises on business growth and profitability while preventing risk factors.
